At 9:15 am on January 9, 2006, I got a call that would once again change our lives forever. Karla had a little girl with VSD on the list. She was born May 19, 2004 and resides in an orphanage in Yulin City, Guangxi, China. She is 7 months younger than Karlee!!! (This is the closest I can get to twins don't you think????) I called Drew and we got on line together while on the phone and clicked at the same time to see her pictures. The one above is the picture that stole our hearts. She is beautiful and even has Kalie and Karlee's little mouth!! Isn't God amazing?!?!? Our prayer is that we will be with her by her 2nd birthday. Big sisters are excited as well! Karlee just looks at the photos and says "ooohhh baby kate" and Kalie is glowing from ear to ear. We celebrated tonight with delicious chinese food!!

Congratulations!! She is BEAUTIFUL!!
My family is waiting for TA to adopt my sister Esther (aka Brittany from Lifeline's WC list last year). We are hoping to travel in late February or March!
We are also *considering* adopting once more, and thinking about a brother from Taiwan! Any advice you can share would be greatly appreciated!
