Thanksgiving Holidays 2007

Some of these pictures were actually taken the week leading up to Thanksgiving. But they were all during the holiday time, so I'm making them one blog. I hope you enjoy the photos- I know there are lots! I have the hardest time choosing which ones to include.

one beautiful fall afternoon, we got to have my nieces over for a little while and this aunt got goofy with the pictures. above, kalie and me

playing in the leaves is one of our family favorites in the fall. the girls all had their babieslots of giggles during this! i like this picturemollie would not leave the leaves alone- it was hysterical. drew would sweep the piles and she would mess them up with her paws. she obviously wanted us to bury her in the leaves.....you almost feel sorry for her don't you?Thanksgiving morning was so cold outside but we wanted pictures with the beautiful scenery. we are so thankful for our family!!

We had a special treat this Thanksgiving. An and Tram spent the holidays with us. Tram is one of my students and they are both from Vietnam. The university closes and they needed a place to stay so we got them to come home with us. We all enjoyed them so much and they are two of the sweetest girls you will ever meet.

one of the newest additions is our cousin Emma. well, you can tell how we entertained ourselves for a while at drew's family's thanksgiving- poor baby- but do they get much cuter than this??

isn't she precious? all of drew's family were in town except for one cousin and his wife. drew got to visit with his brothers and cousins some and we are so thankful for those opportunities.
of course we had our annual shopping trip the day after thanksgiving. yes, my mom, two sisters, kalie and me met at 4:45 am!!!!!!! we always have so much fun! now its time to decorate the tree- we had to get a new one this year because the one we have had was too small for this house- our ceilings are taller than our past house. tram and An had never experienced an american thanksgiving nor decorated a tree. they were so excited to get to do both. karlee loved having them read to her
see, i am raising these girls right... cameras in handkalie resting in front of the fire kate got a hold of the stockings and put them on- i am telling you - she is a nut! the finished product- our main treedrew introduced tram to another american tradition- FOOTBALL- his family got together and watched bama and auburn and tram wanted to see a real football game. here is cc with tramthey guys watching the game and they might be crying......
