Kate sleeping in her bed the first night.
My dad made Kate a bed just as he had for Karlee. He has been putting this polish stuff on it that makes the wood last forever!!! Finally, it was ready to be brought in. Kate is so excited- she thinks she is hot having this bed that she sleeps "up high" . If you look, he has inlaid the plum blossom and also the characters for "my treasure."That's what we have called Kate ever since we saw her picture for the first time. Dad, this will be a true treasure for years to come. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
