We've Had Kate 6 Months!!

We cannot believe that it has been 6 months already since Kate was placed in our arms. We honestly can't remember life without her- she just fits! As I look back over these 6 months...WOW!!! Kate has learned her family, she knows the names of most of our extended family, she has learned to eat all kinds of food (and yes, is learning how to chew), she is happy most of the time, extremely inovative and persistent. We have not seen anyone work as hard at something as Kate does. She is overcoming her fear of our dogs and is no longer afraid of stuffed animals- she even sleeps with one! Kate loves babies, books and acting like she is going bye bye. She is slowly learning our language. She loves to smile, laugh and has a great sense of humor. She is the perfect baby sister- she can aggrevate like none other. She has had thumb surgeries, a fractured ankle and as of last night a ruptured ear drum. We love you Kate and are so thankful you were created to be ours!
