The face that stole our hearts one year ago today...
And the one that steals our hearts today and every day.
We got the call around 9:30 am on January 9, 2006. Karla told us there was one little girl with VSD on the new waiting child list. She was 7 months younger than Karlee and she told us she would email us her picture. So, I got off the phone, called Drew, told him to go to my email and we clicked on the picture together via telephone. The first picture above was the one we saw and Drew said- Yes, she looks like a Jamieson sister. We immediately accepted her referral and began calling friends and family. Kate truly is our treasure.

WOW! What a huge change Kate has made!!! It is very obvious that Kate is loved and is a happy girl. God has blessed!

What a difference a year makes. She is a beautiful little girl. You are very blessed.

When Kate walked over to Lily at the airport a few weeks back and, without a word, just hugged her like a long lost friend, it was evident how much Kate is loved and how much she is able to love others. Wow, isn't God awesome! BTW, if you ever need anyone to keep her for a few hours or a few years, just let us know!
