A SPECIAL LADY....
Today was Drew's grandmother's birthday and although she wasn't crazy on the idea, we insisted that we celebrate- ha! Nothing elaborate but we still enjoyed getting together and honoring this wonderful lady! Although, she is Drew's grandmother, I claim her as my own in a heartbeat! She is an absolute jewel! Grandmother and Granddaddy were missionaries to Nigeria for 33 years. Oh the stories she has to share! I could sit and listen all day. If you ever want an example of a woman who truly honored her husband, followed God and gives of herself so freely- she is it! We love you! Happy Birthday Grandmother!
Grandmother, Karlee, Drew, Kate, Kalie, me, Daniel (Drew's brother), his wife Abbe, Jonah and soon to join the clan is little Maddie!

Hey lori - i just played catch-up with all of the posts 8-) what great fun you all have had the last few weeks. so glad to hear kate and karlee are doing well. still in prayer for them and your families. see you soon!
